DAY-OF COORDINATION

You are ready for the big day and you just want to make sure that all goes well. Rather than placing the responsibility on your bridal party, allow us to ensure that your day is stress-free!

  • Collect all contact information for vendors and review contracts
  • Confirmation with all vendors will be taken care of
  • A "Wedding-Day checklist" will be provided
  • Communication amongst the entire bridal party will occur so everyone knows the plan
  • Attendance at your rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • An itinerary will be created
  • Last minute details will be handled at your reception venue
  • A fully stocked Emergency Kit is ready for you and your entire bridal party

FULL WEDDING COORDINATION

If you would like to enjoy your day and allow a professional to take care of all the details, allow us to take your dreams from concept to completion. This package includes:

  • A meeting to establish your vision/theme/style
  • Establishing and allocating your budget
  • Creating a monthly timeline up until the day of the wedding
  • Booking meetings, attending meetings and following-up with vendors
  • Be main contact for venue and all vendors
  • Attending rehearsals and establishing clear duties with bridal party
  • Coordinating the ceremony (*an assistant will be provided, free of charge, for a photo session)
  • Coordinating the reception (provide itinerary copies to all necessary vendors, assist with introduction of bridal party, cue speeches, ensure timely service of meals, handle delivery of final payment, *if necessary) and ensure all final details
  • Fully stocked Emergency Kit is ready for you and your entire bridal party
  • Collecting of rentals and any last minute items belonging to you and/or your guests

A flat fee based on the criteria and needs of your wedding. Investment starts at $1500
